HOPE – Clinton Primary School student Juan Arroyo was awarded honorable mention from his artwork “The State House” at the Southwest Arkansas Regional Art Show in Arkadelphia.
The competition at the Arkadelphia Arts Center last Saturday brought artworks from students from across Southwest Arkansas.
