Zucchini Salad At Hope Farmers Market

HOPE – Debbie Henry and Terrie James manned the “Taste This” table at the Hope Farmers Market on Tuesday June 13th.

They served a zucchini salad and James demonstrated how she used a “shaver” to give the zucchini a spaghetti like texture.
