Patmos Road Remains CLOSED To Through Traffic

HOPE – Patmos Road between Country Club and Hempstead 56 remains CLOSED to through traffic, according to Hempstead County Judge Haskell Morse.

The roadway has become undermined by recent heavy rains and will not support traffic. Through traffic should detour onto East 28th Street and Hempstead 56.

Barricades remain in place and are there for a purpose.
