Mr. Spell was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

S – Amelio Jordan, 26, of Washington, AR

Mr. Jordan was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance, and expired vehicle tags.

Mr. Cunningham was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit.
