Hempstead County Historical Society Visits Clinton Birthplace National Historic Site

The Hempstead County Historical Society held their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday February 27th at the William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site. The group heard a program from Clinton Birthplace staffer Christian Davis and then the group toured the home.
The group’s next meeting will be the 4th Tuesday in March at Washington. The program will be Dr. Carl Drexler talking about an archaeological dig coming up in Washington. For info on the group contact Josh Williams at Washington.
