Upcoming Local Elections

With political signs in yards across Hempstead County the 2018 primary election will take place on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. The voter registration will be available until Monday, April 23. The general elections will take place this fall on November 6 with the deadline for voting registration being on October 9.

On the ballot you will see Blevins School Board Zones 4 and 7, circuit clerk for DeRoan, township for Garland, Saline, and Spring Hill, coroner, County assessor, county clerk, County judge, Hope School Board zones 2,5,and 6, Justice of Peace, Sheriff/Collector, and Treasure.
