Mr. Navarrete was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended driver’s license, and no proof of insurance.

S – Tevis Maxwell, 19, of Hope, AR

Mr. Maxwell was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, no driver’s license, and served with a failure to appear warrant.
