Nevada County Depot Museum Board Hears Mark Christ

The Nevada County Depot Museum board met Thursday March 22nd at Casa Carlos in Prescott. Special guest speaker was Mark Christ of Arkansas Historic Preservation. Christ talked about the historic significance of the preservation of the Prairie D’Ane Battlefield as well as the economic impact the development of the site will mean to Tourism in Nevada County. After the meeting, several of those in attendance visited the 800 acre Prairie D’Ane site. Pictured are Paul Ridgell, Peggy Lloyd, Billy Nations,and Christ.
