Willard Edward Gierth, 86, of Prescott, AR passed away

Sunday, June 3, 2018.

Mr. Gierth was born February 23, 1932 in Three Rivers, TX, to John W. Gierth Sr.

and Anna Albrecht Gierth.

Mr. Gierth was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hope,

a farmer and cattleman.

He was preceded by his parents, a

sister Dorothy Gierth Wilson, and his brother John Gierth Jr.

Survivors are brothers: Roy Lee Gierth, of Prescott;

sisters: Helen Hammock and Joylyn Putz both of Hope, AR;

and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Monday, 6:00 – 8:00 pm, June 4, 2018 at Herndon Fuqua

Funeral Home in Hope. Graveside services are Tuesday, June 5, 2018,

10:00 am in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Hope,

under the direction of Herndon Fuqua Funeral Home of Hope.
