S – Tony Hawkins, 48, of Hope, AR

Mr. Hawkins was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the first degree, possession of a firearm by certain persons, and five counts of aggravated assault.

Ms. Washington was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Mr. Edwards was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), public intoxication, and served with a failure to comply warrant.

S – Latonya Williams, 29, of Hope, AR

Ms. Williams was arrested and charged with obstructing government operations and served with a foreign warrant.

S – Fredericka Henry, 28, of Hope, AR

Ms. Henry was charged with harassment. The original incident occurred on June 23^rd, 2018 in the 400 block of E. 19^th St at 2327 hours.

S – Latonya Williams, 29, of Hope, AR

Ms. Williams was arrested charged with two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle. One event occurred on April 2^nd, 2018 in the 200 block of N. Andres St. at 1900 hours. The other occurred on June 23^rd, 2018 in the 400 block of N. Mockingbird St. at 1900 hours.

Ms. Williams was also charged with theft of property. The original incident occurred on June 30^th, 2018 in the 1700 block of E. 3^rd St. (Save-A-Lot) at 1747 hours.
