The summer of 2018 may go down as the “summer of love” at the Hempstead County Courthouse! County officials are getting ready to head to the Arkansas Association of Counties convention and since the association started in 1968, Hempstead County officials and their deputies have designed a tie-dye t-shirt to highlight Hempstead County and the county’s Bicentennial. Hempstead County Hippy…uh…Judge Haskell Morse posed with his coworkers to show they’re spreading “peace and love” at the convention and also gave an up close look of the shirt. All we can say is “far out, man”!
