Mr. Arlee Richard Taylor age 84 of Huffman, Texas, formerly of Blevins, Arkansas, passed away Thursday August 9, 2018 in Kingwood, Texas. Mr. Taylor was born in Blevins, Arkansas on November 21, 1933 to W.T. “Bill” Taylor and Frances Whatley Taylor.  He was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church in Blevins, he was employed by the City of Houston as the Manager of the Water Meter Division and a US Navy veteran. Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers James and Charles Taylor.

Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife Billie Faye Tate Taylor, his son Richard Kent Taylor and daughter-in-law Sheilah, grandchildren Kimberly Myers and husband Jarred, Brandy Taylor, Michael Taylor and wife Marisa, five great grandchildren Nicolas and Christian Reeves, Ricky and Brandon Gruver and Malia Taylor.

Visitation for Mr. Taylor will be 4:00 to 6:00pm on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home 1196 Hwy. 371 West.

Funeral service will be 10:00am, Monday August 13, 2018 at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home with Bro. Ed Woods officiating. Burial will follow in Union Grove Cemetery.
