Hope Lions Hear Program On Ballot Initiative On Tort Reform

The Hope Lions Club heard from one of their own on Monday September 10th. Retired Supreme Court Justice Jim Gunter gave an update on a ballot initiative, Issue 1, which deals with tort reform. Judge Gunter explained the initiative in a completely neutral manner and noted that he might refrain from answering some questions because it might reveal his opinion on the issue. The Lions appreciated the presentation.
