Ms. Gaines was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the third degree and possession of an instrument of crime.

Mr. Brown was arrested and charged with obstructing government operations and served with a failure to comply warrant.

Mr. Munn was arrested and charged with theft of property and criminal trespass. Mr. Munn was also served with a foreign warrant.

Ms. Johnson and Ms. Davis was arrested and charged with battery in the second degree and engaging in violent criminal group activity. Ms. Taylor was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening in the first degree and served with a failure to appear warrant. The original incident occurred on September 9^th, 2018 in the 2200 block of Bill Clinton Dr. (Peaks Apartments) at 0040 hours.

Mr. Bell was charged with failure to register vehicle, driving on suspended driver’s license, no proof of insurance, and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.  The original incident occurred on September 9^th, 2018 in the 1600 block of N. Hervey St. at 1052 hours.
