James Lumpkin

Mr. James R. Lumpkin, age 80 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, September 23, 2018 in Neenah, Wisconsin. Mr. Lumpkin was born in Blevins, Arkansas on October 28, 1937 to Lonnie and Annie Ruth Worthy Lumpkin.  He was retired from the Sanitation Department of Tyson Foods and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Hope. Mr. Lumpkin is predeceased by his parents Lonnie and Annie Ruth Lumpkin, his first wife, Lois, two step-daughters: Mary Lucille Pittman and Paula Loibner, a brother Robert Lumpkin and four sisters: Julia Dick, Mona Moore, Virginia Sue Lumpkin and Carolyn Patton.

Survivors include, wife Dolores Frei Lumpkin of Hope, a step-son, James Frei of Tomah, WI, two step- daughters: Lois Eileen Lee of New Port Richey, Florida, and Julie Perrigo, husband David of Neshkoro, WI, two brothers: Harold Lumpkin of Irving, TX and Ricky Lumpkin of Florida, 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren other family members and friends.

The Lumpkin Family ask that in lieu of flowers that memorial be made to the Gideon International P. O. Box 1121 Hope, Arkansas 71802.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00pm on Friday, September 28, 2018 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main Hope.

Funeral service will be 10:00am on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Bro. Kenny Martin officiating.
