Paintings honor Yerger

HOPE – Members of the UACCH Fine Arts Club, under the direction of instructor Lisa Pennington, started work Saturday morning on two separate sidewalk paintings at Hope’s ARTpark on Division Street.

The paintings honor the legacy of Henry Clay Yerger, founder of the Yerger school and the University of Arkansas Community College of Hope, home of the Iron Horses.
