GMCS Fall Festival
HOPE- With red ribbon week going on at their school the Garrett Memorial Christian School ended their short school week with their annual fall festival. The theme for this years festival was the wild west, students dressed up as cowboys and cowgirls by wearing boots and jeans.
They had games and activities set up inside of the schools gymnasium. The games consisted of a gold mine where students had to find gold coins, bean bag toss, a bank where they had to guess how many pieces of gum were inside of the container, the student with the closest guess at the end of the day would get the whole container. The also displayed pumpkins that the students had painted, the students are assigned a reading book and they had to decorate a pumpkin that relates to their story.
