The Hope Kiwanis Club heard from one of their own on Tuesday October 23rd. Circuit Judge Randy Wright spoke on “Arkansas Courts and Community Initiative”. Judge Wright talked about the “rule of law” and also the need for citizens to understand how the judicial system works in the U.S.
