Emmet holiday parade Dec. 8

EMMET – The 25th Annual Emmet Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday , December 8, at 6 PM, sponsored by EVA-Emmet Vision Association, regardless of weather conditions.

Those interested in participating in the parade should be at the Old Emmet School parking lot on Hazel Street between 5:15-5:30 pm for instructions, signup and lineup.

The parade will start at 6 pm, using its normal route through many streets and ending at the Emmet Chuck Wagon located on East 1^st Street. The parade route is approximately two miles long. Any other towns are welcomed to participate, just come on down.

Refreshments will be served and Santa will be there to greet everyone.
