Prescott Manor has angel tree for residents

PRESCOTT – This is the season of giving, and sometimes the ones in need are the ones most forgotten – residents of nursing homes.

Many residents have no family, or at least no family nearby, and this makes the holidays even more difficult for them. To help brighten their holiday season, Prescott Manor has set up an Angel Tree where people of Prescott and Nevada County can come by and adopt a client, so to speak, getting them a little something for Christmas.

It is asked all gifts be delivered by Dec. 17 as Prescott Manor will be hosting its Christmas party on Dec. 21.
