Holiday closings

HOPE/PRESCOTT – All city and county offices in Hempstead and Nevada County will be closed Monday, Jan. 21, in observance of MLK Day.

The garbage routes for Hope and Prescott will be as follows: Monday’s trash will be picked up Tuesday, and Tuesday’s on Wednesday.

Hope’s commercial routes will run as normal, but the Hope landfill will be closed.
