Fincher named Miss PHS

PRESCOTT – It was pageant night for the Prescott School District Saturday night, with four new queens crowned.

When all was said and done, Zoe Fincher was crowned Miss Prescott High School. Janya Hopper is the new Miss Prescott Junior High, while Clair Laughard is Miss Prescott Elementary School. Arden Gonzales went home with the title of Little Miss PES.

The evening began with the introduction of the Miss PHS contestants, followed by the Little Miss PES hopefuls, Wolf Wear competition for Miss PHS, the Miss PES contest, the Miss PJHS, personal expression for the Miss PHS hopefuls and the evening wear contest for the high school contestants.

Gonzales was the first queen to be crowned. She also took home the most photogenic and best dressed. Azaria Smith was the third runner up, with Mari Jackson second runner up, followed by Amelia McKay as first runner up.

Laughard won most photogenic and best dressed, while Caileigh Land was named second runner up and ZaRyah Jones-Sanders was the first runner up.

Hopper took everything in the Miss PJHS contest as the only competitor.

Aria Dudgeon was named most photogenic in the Miss PHS division, along with first runner up. Fincher took best dressed, Wolf wear, personal expression and interview.
