Smith charged with burglary

HOPE – On January 25, 19-year-old DeAngelo Smith  of McCaskill, was arrested by Hempstead County Deputies for residential burglary and theft of property. in regards to a burglary that occurred in the 100 block of highway 353 that occurred sometime between the 23^rd and 24^th of this month.  Smith also had an active misdemeanor failure to appear warrant. Smith is being held for a first court appearance.
