Three charged in altercation

HOPE – Three adults have been arrested in reference to an altercation that occurred on February 5, on the school grounds of the Blevins. Maria Cantu, 40, of Blevins was booked for battery third degree, 19-year-old Kindell Woods of Blevins was booked for terroristic threatening second degree and third degree battery, 19-year Kellen Rodriguez age 19 Blevins, was booked for second degree terroristic threatening All three were transported to the HCDF where they posted bond and have a court date of March 11, . All juveniles involved ages 17, 15, and 12, will be referred to the juvenile officer for Hempstead County.
