Caleb Coulter Names Arkansas Game & Fish Commission Education Division Employee of the Year

Caleb Coulter of the Rick Evans Grandview Prairie Conservation Education Center Near Columbus was recently named the Arkasnas Game & Fish Commission’s “Education Division Employee of the Year”.
