Billy Wellman

Mr. Billy Joe Wellman, age 49 of Hope, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. Billy was born in Prescott, Arkansas on September 2, 1969 to John H. and Josephine Hill Wellman. He was the owner of Billy’s Tree Service and was a member of A Place of Meeting, where he was very active. Billy was a very giving and tender-hearted friend to all that knew him, he would help anyone if they were in need.  Billy was very dedicated to his family and he enjoyed to hunt and fish in his spare time.

Billy is survived by his wife of 22 years, Tammy Dickson Wellman of Hope, four sons: Dustin Wellman of Hope, Chase Powell, Chance Powell, Robert Hayes and Wesley Neeley, three daughters: Mercedes Aguirre (George), Chelsea Tucker and Autumn Williams (Larry), his mother; Josey Walker of Hope, a brother Casey Wellman, sisters: Shelley Miller, and Varana Smith seventeen grandchildren: Zhoey Wellman, Keilea Wellman, Caden Hall, Aceson Powell, Tristan Williams, Ashlyn Williams, Neeyah Powell, Elliot (Eli) Powell, Logan Powell, Chloe Powell, Daylin Powell, Bentley Powell, Alexandria (Ali) Neeley, Bentley Carter Aguirre, Mason Wyatt Aguirre, Rayne Hayes and Samuel Hayes  his nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00pm on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main Hope, AR.

Funeral service will be 2:00pm on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral with Rev. Jerry T. Crane and Bro. Nathaniel Crane officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Cemetery in Spring Hill, AR.  Arrangements by BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie BRAZZEL, Director.
