Mud Nationals coming to Hillarosa March 27-31

BLEVINS – Fans of ATV mud racing get ready. The Mud Nationals are coming to Hillarosa Park in Blevins.

The event will be held March 27-31 with the gates opening to the public at 8 a.m. daily. According to the schedule, the first events will be the same from March 27-30. Information booths will be open from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. each day. RZR Bag games will be at 1 p.m. on March 27, at 9 and noon on March 28 and again at noon on March 30.

Also on March 27, there will be a poker run with Baja designs from 5-9 p.m. with a kickoff party at the main stage from 9-11 p.m. featuring Matt Farris.

On March 28, the cutoff for the soccer match will be noon, with the game to begin at 2 p.m. Six o’clock is the cutoff for the Bad 2 da Bone event, which wil be held at 8 p.m. at the main stage. Charlie Farley will perform from 9-10:30.

March 29 starts with 9 a.m. being the cutoff for the Bounty Hole Mud Grudge, with Monster Rigging for the mud grudge at 10 a.m. Noon is the cutoff for the Mudda Cross, with a mandatory driver’s meeting at 1:30 p.m. The Mudda Cross will be held at 2 o’clock. Joe Diffie will be in concert at 8 p.m. with the After Hours Band and Ryan Daniel.

The nationals’ action ends on March 30, with 10 a.m. the cutoff to enter the UTV short course, an RZR bag game at noon and the Polaris Short Course at 1 o’clock. Stoney LaRue with Cort Carpenter will take center stage at 8 p.m.

The only thing on tap for Sunday, March 31, is open riding until 3 p.m.

Admission to the event is $75 per person with children under six getting in free with a paid adult.
