HOPE – The Southwest Arkansas Arts Council (SWAAC) is hosting one of the area’s largest art exhibits for almost a month beginning Monday, March 25.

Located at 200 E. Division St. in Hope, the council’s Art Station will have on display artwork of students of the Arkansas Art Educators Southwest Region 5; students from 11 counties are participating.

Tamara Read, chairperson of the SWAAC gallery committee, said, “We have been working for six months to coordinate and organize this incredible exhibit. This exhibit is expected to bring in art enthusiasts from across the region.” She invited all residents of the area or “make this exhibit a destination because these young artists are the future art stars of the future.”

The exhibit will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays through Friday, April 19.
