Freedom ride car show March 30

PRESCOTT – The 2nd Annual Freedom Ride Car Show will be held from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at the Nevada County Courthouse.

The car show is sponsored by the Prescott Lions Club and will feature a pancake breakfast starting at 8 a.m. The breakfast will include pancakes, bacon, sausage and orange juice for $7 a plate.

There is a $25 entry fee to preregister and dash plaques for the first 50 cars entered. Awards will be presented around 2 p.m. Trophies will go to the top in class, and there will also be door prizes. Goody bags will be given to the first 50 entered. There will also be a 50/50 drawing.

One winner will be named best show car, best of show truck, best engine, best exterior, best interior, longest distance traveled and director’s choice.

Preregistration can be done until March 28. Entry fees can be mailed to Paula Ledbetter, P.O. Box 136, Prescott, AR 71857.

All proceeds from the show will go to the Prescott Lions Club and be put back into the community.
