Klipsch Ribbon Cutting
HOPE-The Hope Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce, held a ribbon cutting on Thursday, April 25 for Klipsch Museum at their Hope Airport location. In early January the members of Klipsch took over the old steam plant at the airport, (the tall red brick building in line with the hangar) with “work weekends” the building was all set for show. The Paul W. Klipsch Education Center was a part of the Klipsch Pilgrimage that will be taking place April 25-28 here in Hope. The employee appreciation luncheon will also take place this weekend where members of the Klipsch organization from all over the country will be in attendance. Museum Curator, Jim Hunter will be giving tours of the manufacturing facility, engineering lab, listening room, outdoor product demonstrations, along with the Klipsch Museum of Audio History.
