Tri-Service Club donates to local organizations
By Staff, 04/25/19 11:27 AMPRESCOTT – Members of the Tri-Service Club gathered at Sterling Square Thursday morning to make the club’s annual donations to local organizations.
Club member present were: Christy Higgenbotham, Nita McDonald, Marcia Lasiter, Brenda Barham, Gail Reddin, Betty Jones and Katherine Crain. This year, the club donated $3,720.
Satarra Williams accepted checks for Generation Next and Project Graduation, while Steve Crow was presented a donation for the Prescott Parks and Recreations Department. Gail Reddin accepted for the Master Gardeners, with Gloria Majors accepting for Imagination Library. Shelby Pinson was presented checks for the 4H club and Riding Club, while Teresa Tyree accepted a check for the Nevada County Library. Judy Duke was given a check for the Nevada County Depot and Museum.
