Oliver Upchurch Citizen of the Year
By submitted, 05/2/19 12:55 PMPRESCOTT – The Ila Upchurch Banquet was held Tuesday, April 30, at the Prescott Junior High cafeteria, with Prescott Mayor Terry Oliver named Citizen of the Year.
There was a good crowd on hand to see Frank Henson named Theologian of the Year, and Rowe Stayton Businessman of the Year. Janet Banister was tabbed as the Educator of the Year, with Sanyia Cody and Kennedy Williams being honored as the Students of the Year.
