James Witcher

Mr. James R. Witcher, age 75 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Thursday May 9, 2019, at his home. Mr. Witcher was born in Beech Grove, Arkansas on September 30, 1943 to John Henry and Iona Shoemaker Witcher.  Mr. Witcher was a United States Army Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War for 13 years. He had also, worked for Myers Bakery as a truck driver after serving in the Army and was of the Baptist faith.  He is preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.

Mr. Witcher is survived by his wife of 47 years, Siegrun Witcher of the home, their five sons: Patrick Witcher of California, Daniel Witcher, fiancé Candy and Kevin Witcher all of Hope, John Tamberelli (Rae Ann) of Buffalo, NY and Michael Tamberelli (Angela) of Colorado, their three daughters: Anke McCulley (Bill) of Hope, Tina Powell (Chad) of Hope and Diane Tamberelli of New York and a sister Ann King, seventeen grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, with military honoJamrs. Bro.
