Kiwanis Club Hears Southwest Arkansas Educational Coop Program

The Hope Kiwanis Club recently heard a program from Phoebe Bailey of the Southwest Arkansas Educational Coop in Hope. Bailey told the story of the Coop from it’s formation in 1981 and how it started out at the old Guernsey School all the way to the services it provides now at its building on the UAHT campus in Hope.
