Dr. Vic Ford Does Live Webinar From SWREC For U of A Division of Agriculture

Dr. Vic Ford, Interim Associate Director-Agriculture and Natural Resources for the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture and long-time director of the Southwest Research and Extension Center in Hope joined Dr. Julie Robinson of the U. of A. Department of Agriculture in doing a live internal webinar Friday at the SWREC. The live presentation featured a virtual tour of the facility narrated by Dr. Ford as well as issues going on in Extension. Dr. Robinson, who acted as host for the program, said they selected the SWREC because of its beauty and how well the facility is invested in the community. She noted the Center has a long history in community involvement and often gets highlighted within the U. of A. Division of Agriculture for its community efforts. The beautiful weather made for a fine day to profile the SWREC.
