Farmers B&T changing locations in Hope

HOPE – Farmers Bank & Trust will move its current branch located at 200 East Third in Hope, across the street to a newly constructed building located at 201 East Third. The main branch will be closed all day on Friday, June 21, 2019. The new branch will open to customers on Monday, June 24, at 9 am.

The new building will continue to provide full teller, accounts, and loan services, safe deposit boxes, a drive- thru and a notary. In addition, the new location will have a new MyFarmers iTeller Interactive Teller Machine with live teller services from 7am-7pm Monday-Friday and 8am-3pm on Saturday with 24/7 ATM services. The leadership team for the new branch will include Paul Ball, Hope Market President; Cutberto Tenorio, Hope Branch Manager; Pam Gregory, Lead Teller; Janet Choate, Retail Loan Officer; Jacob Jones, Commercial Loan Officer; and Kathleen Minton, Senior Loan Assistant.

In December of 2017, Farmers Bank & Trust finalized an agreement with the Hempstead County Quorum Court to sell its original main bank building in Hope, AR for $1.5 million. Farmers Bank & Trust is transitioning all offices located at the current 200 East Third Street to the new location across the street. The Bank has two other office locations in Hope, AR at 617 North Hervey and 2103 South Main.

The public is invited to attend a Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration to be scheduled in July 2019.
