“Trouble Blooms” tonight at Hempstead Hall

HOPE – The stage is where dreams are born.

Thirty student actors will bring a new melodrama to life at 6 p.m. Friday, July 26 on the  Hempstead Hall stage at UAHT in Hope. “Trouble Blooms at Ruby Rose Ranch was written and will be directed by Chris Espinoza of Dallas as part of the annual STAR Academy theater workshop sponsored by the Southwest Arkansas Arts Council and the Arkansas Arts Council.

A reception will follow the performance in the hall lobby and Commemorative Christmas Ornaments created by the actors will be on sale.

There is no charge for the play but donations will be gratefully accepted.
