Michael Hawkins, Prescott, was
arrested by Investigator Robert Missey for Disorderly Conduct and for a
Probation Violation
August 10
On Saturday, August 10, at
approximately 2300 hours, K-9 Deputy Jeremy Hendrix conducted a stop on a
2000 white Buick car after having observed the vehicle traveling Eastbound on
Interstate 30 with no functioning taillights.
During the stop K-9 Hendrix
noticed drug paraphernalia in plain view. Hendrix had both occupants exit the
vehicle and conducted a search of the passenger vehicle. During the search
Hendrix located an undetermined amount of believed to be Methamphetamine and
a small amount of Marijuana.
Driver Cassey Richard, Huntington,
Texas, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of a controlled
substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Passenger Kristina Willis, Lamont,
Iowa, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and for
possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both subjects were transported the
Nevada County Detention facility to await First Judicial Appearance.
August 12
Eric Sanders was arrested by K-9
Deputy Jeremy Hendrix for Driving on a suspended Drivers license, Open
Container and for No Insurance.
August 13
Kirby Alderson was arrested by K-9
Deputy Jeremy Hendrix for Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to take a Breath
Test and for Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled substance.
August 30
Aaron Johnson, Magnolia, was
arrested by Deputy Bernard Box for Drinking on the Hwy, Open container,
Speeding 70-55 and for littering.
August 31
Daniel Hill W/M Delight was
arrested by Investigator Robert Missey for Fleeing by vehicle, Speeding and
for driving on a suspended license.
