Sr. health expo at HH

HOPE – A Senior Fall Festival Health Expo will be held at Hempstead Hall from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Oct. 2.

Wadley Scan will be on hand to provide stoke screenings, abdominal aortic aneurysm screenings, peripheral arterial disease screening and atrial fibrilation screenings. In addition, visitors can get their blood pressure and BMI checked. However, those wanting the Wadley Scan screenings need to call Sheila Key at 870-722-3945. These screenings can run between $59.95 and $139.

There will also be door prizes, Bingo and a free lunch.

Free transportation is available by calling Deanna Allen at 870-331-5363. Pick up locations are: the Hope Senior Center, Kelly Homes and the parking lot at Unity Church.
