Max Bumpers

Max Lee Bumpers, age 69 of Humble, Texas, passed away on Saturday, September 14th in the hospital following triple bypass open heart surgery. Max was born January 10th, 1950, in Prescott to Garth and Gladys Bumpers. He was a self-employed carpenter specializing in installing doors and windows but could build just about anything. Later on in life, when he needed a secure paycheck, he became a licensed security officer. He is proceeded in death by his wife Denise Bumpers, parents Garth and Gladys Bumpers, grandparents Johnny and Ora Lee Avery and Bernice Bumpers.

Left to cherish his memories are sister and brother-in-law Johnnie Merle and Norman Roberts, sister and brother-in-law Ann and Jerry Kuhn, brother and sister-in-law Jacky Lynn and Terri Bumpers, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial service is at 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 5th, 2019 at BRAZZEL-Cornish Funeral Home chapel with Joe Miller officiating. Burial to follow at DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott, Arkansas.
