Festival 5k on tap

PRESCOTT – Area runners need to be limbering up if they plan on running in the annual Fall Festival 5K run/walk on Oct. 12.

The race will start and end at the Nevada County Courthouse. Those interested in competing can pick up a form at the Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce.

Check in/registration will be at 7 a.m. on Oct. 12, with the race to start at 8. The fun run/walk starts at 8:15.
