Allen wins blue ribbons at Arkansas State Fair

Lilly Allen, 13, of Blevins, a member of the SWAAC, recently won three first place ribbons in various categories at the Arkansas State Fair.
She won in the junior categories of human portrait-colored pencil, portrait-charcoal, and creative writing-short story.
