Ned Williams

Ned Williams, of Vallejo, California was born to Ruby Coleman and Harman Williams, Sr. on April 8, 1947 in Emmet, Arkansas.Ned graduated from Yerger High School in Hope, Arkansas. Shortly after, Ned decided to further his education at The University of Michigan where he obtained his PhD in Mathematics. 

Ned was a highly intelligent individual who enjoyed singing and dancing. He was an avid collector of antiques.

Ned transitioned from this life on Wednesday, October 9, 2019. 

Ned was a loving parent and grandparent. Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Sharyl Williams and Nia Williams;two granddaughters: Tatriana Lendo and Tamisha LatimoreBoyd; one great grand daughter, Taniyah Boyd; one great grandson: Kyrie Boyd all of Vallejo, California; one uncle DoishWilliams of Hope, Arkansas; three sisters: Mavis McMullen (James) of Atlanta, GA., Wilma Williams (Flint) of Los Angeles, CA., Ruth Williams of Houston, Texas; five brothers: Michael Williams (Cho), Willis Williams (Sandra), Marvin Williams, Percy Williams, Johnny Williams, two grandchildren;two great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. 

There will be a graveside service celebrating the life of Ned on Friday, October 25, 2019 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am, at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, in Hope.
