Ware hit with drug charges

HOPE – On October 14, at approximately 4pm, officers of the Hope Police Department and agents of the 8^th North Task Force conducted a search warrant in the 1600 block of North Hervey Street in Hope.  Christopher Ware, 23, of Hope, was arrested and charged with four counts of delivery of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance –marijuana, possession of a controlled substance –prescription drugs, and possession of a controlled substance near certain facilities.  Ware was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
