The Hope Migrant/Community Health Center would like to announce that we will be relocating to:

820 South Main in Hope

We will also have a new name:

Hope Family Practice Center

We have openings for “new patients” as well as our existing patients in which we can offer same day appointments in most cases!  Come meet our providers Dr. Covas and our newest team member Melanie McGuire, APRN. We accept most insurances and offer sliding-fee to those who qualify.
