Perkins, McDonald arrested
On November 13, 2019, at approximately 2pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Clarence Perkins 50, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with assault on a family/household member in the 1st degree. The arrest occurred in the 1500 block of Shover Street, in Hope. Perkins was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On November 15, 2019, at approximately 3pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Maurice McDonald 33, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with possession of firearms by certain persons, theft by receiving, and served a failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of East 3rd Street, in Hope. McDonald was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
