RoC helps assemble luminaries for Old Washington

HOPE – Rainbow for Challenges’ (ROC) individuals recently took part in the assembly of luminaries at Historic Washington State Park that were used during the annual “Christmas and Candlelight” events. The group worked to put together more than 2,200 luminaries, filling the bags with sand and candles that were placed throughout the park.
