Three arrested by HPD
HOPE – On December 20, 2019, at approximately 12:50am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Ana Martinez, 21, of Hope, Arkansas and charged her with aggravated assault and residential burglar. The arrest occurred in the 1700 block of West Avenue C, in Hope. Martinez was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On
December 22, 2019, at approximately 1125am, officers of the Hope Police
Department arrested Jaqualin Henry, 20, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with residential
burglary and theft of property. The
arrest occurred in the 300 block of East Avenue B, in Hope. Henry was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility
and held for a first appearance.
On December 22, 2019, at approximately 2:35am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Devonte Emory, 22, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with criminal mischief 1st degree, false imprisonment 1st degree, and domestic battery 3rd degree. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of West 6th Street, in Hope. Emory was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
