Mr. Kenneth Ray Bartlett Sr., age 69 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at his home. He was born May 26 1950 in Paris, Texas to Rufus Lee and Pearl Thorn Bartlett.

No visitation is planned.
