HOPE – A 51-year-old Hope man was killed in an accident Friday, Jan. 3.
According to a report from the Arkansas State Police, Rickey Toney was struck by a 1998 Suburban around 2:15 a.m. on Jan. 3. The accident occurred on Hwy. 67. According to the report, Toney was in the road at the time.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Miller County Coroner.
